With the first public exhibit of his work since Dave's Inky Stories, Marshall networked with fellow local comic book artists with the Boston Comics Roundtable, while promoting his "Art of the Comic Book" class. David's contribution to the exhibit is Here I Am, a wordless tale of a cross-hatched night on an urban rooftop.
The Boston Comics Roundtable (BCR) is the only organization of its kind in Boston. It was created in 2006 to unite Boston-based comics creators in the spirit of camaraderie and professional development. With a strong grassroots sprit, the group focuses on promoting local talent and supporting local business. Growing steadily since its inception, the group now includes about 25 artists and writers, with roots in both print and web comics. Learn more.

A truly neighborhod comics shop, located in Union Square. Friendly help, late hours, supports local and independent work, lots of stuff but not cramped and great with kids. What's not to love?
A touching, funny and campy evening of theatre starring Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Catwoman and other beloved spandex-clad females.
